about tori

I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner after struggling through years of health problems myself. I had been working in the fitness industry and had recently completed a degree in Kinesiology, so felt that I was doing “all the right things.” Yet despite doing intense HIIT workouts, following the latest diet trends like intermittent fasting and keto and taking a lot of supplements, I felt TERRIBLE!

I was suffering from extreme fatigue, hair loss, terrible cycles, inability to gain muscle (despite exercising!), skin problems and disrupted sleep every night. How could this be? I was doing “all the right things!”

I started learning more about the actual physiology of the female body and how popular diets and exercise programs are actually the complete opposite of what most women need to thrive.

From my perspective, what is lacking in the industry is a focus on teaching people how their bodies actually function and what they need to thrive. Without this knowledge, one will continue to pursue diet after diet in hopes of finding success.

My intent is to fully equip you with knowledge about how your body functions so you can be confident in future health choices. Bye, fad diets! See you never.
